com Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Assists in analyzing technical requirements and developing specifications. ATS/CLS program components. Reviews and edits technical documents.

Supports program management and logistics functions. Assists in proposal preparation and subcontractor management. Assists in customer meetings and program reviews.

Prepares subcontractor/vendor specifications and Statement of Work Requests for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and subcontracts. Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently or with subcontractors' personnel.

Ability to accurately use a computer and software. Education and Formal Training: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience. Eight years of aircrew training system or flight simulation device experience.

Experience in systems engineering projects
